Here's the thing. I want this blog to be as far from social media as possible in terms of construction. However, I have a few limitations here:

Myself - still figuring out how to work this online platform, so bear with me. I really can't figure out how to get rid of the subscribe form footer so feel free to ignore that - if anyone knows how to alter that section I would love the advice.
My budget - Ideally, I would love to provide a totally customized, ad-free space, but as a graduate student I have opted for the free version of this site at the current time. I expect that to change in the future when I am gainfully employed, but for now I am working with this set-up.
Distance - the only reason I am keeping this contact page! I plan to turn off commenting on posts, because I would prefer a more intentional interaction with anyone who wants to discuss this content. So, feel free to contact me, let's strike up a conversation! One-on-one is what I do best, usually over a cup of coffee. Since I can't manifest that here, the contact box below will have to do.
I'm really not striving for perfection here, but I do want to remain transparent about the imperfections that I see and can't alter, at least at this time. Thanks for your open-mindedness and patience!
